Preparation method

Stone oven

• Preheat the oven to 300ºC
• Remove the plastic wrapping from the pizza.
• Bake the pizza for 5 to 6.30 minutes in the preheated stone oven.
  The cooking time depends on the pizza and the ingredients.
• Tip: achieve excellent cooking by turning the pizza halfway through cooking.

Convection oven

• Preheat the electric oven to 250ºC.
• Remove the plastic wrap and place the pizza on a suitable baking tray.
• Bake the pizza at 250ºC in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes. The preparation time indicated may vary depending on the pizza and the equipment used.
