Heat the oven to a high temperature (230ºC). Without defrosting, place the Douradinhos in the middle of the oven and bake for 12 minutes (10 minutes if circulating air is used) until golden brown. Turn the Douradinhos over halfway through cooking. NOTE : The times mentioned are taken as average values, depending on the type of oven used.
In the frying pan:
Without defrosting, fry in very hot oil (175ºC) on both sides for 5 - 6 minutes over a low heat.
