These falafel burgers, packed with Middle Eastern flavours such as chickpeas, coriander, cumin, garlic and other fragrant herbs, are completely vegan. Pre-fried in sunflower oil and, thanks to their flat shape, practical to serve on hamburger buns or pitta bread. They can be prepared in the oven, deep fryer or frying pan.

Preparation modes

In the frying pan

Fry the product in 3 tablespoons of oil for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven

Place the falafels in a single layer on the baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 9-12 min or until golden and crispy, turning once.

Air fryer

7-10min. 180°C
